  I recently purchased my first Bose soundbar from a local third party retailer that came without its original remote, I could use some functionality but not full. I contacted Bose to arrange a visit to sync my universal remote with the original. They went above and beyond and supplied a replacement remote free of charge. Not only did they exceed my expectations but I received a returned email from them within a few business hours and the package arrived the very next day. I could not be happier!!! Thank you Bose!!

  I love Bose gear and have spent a fortune with them. It's a shame their customer service is so poor, such lovely products deserve better. I've had my QC35's for just a month and there's a crackle in the left ear (like something is loose in there). It's been 10 days since I reported it and they still haven't offered a solution.
